Michael is a long time resident of the Ocean City Maryland area and has been in the real estate industry since 1997. Michael is thoroughly knowledgeable and able to assist you in any property transaction including residential single family homes, condominiums, land or commercial sales and leasing. His charismatic attitude and friendly personality will make doing business with him a stress free and enjoyable experience for all involved.

Michael's first aspirations of a career in real estate began in 1986 at the tender age of 18 after completing a course at Towson State University . Not until 1997, did he officially enter the industry after attending the Ed Smith Real Estate School in West Ocean City and passing his Maryland Real Estate Exam. He cut his teeth working for then new developer Jack Burbage on his first residential project, Mystic Harbour , and hung his license with the Broker of Record, Bruce Moore at Moore, Warfield and Glick.
Over the next 6 years under the direct supervision and friendship of Project Manager/Associate Broker Chris Larmore, Michael learned about land planning, new construction and project sales. During that period Michael was involved in several residential communities including Bay Vista Estates, Deer Point, Ocean Reef and Whispering Woods.
In 2003 Michael went to work in general real estate with the newly formed Coldwell Banker, previously O'Connor, Piper and Flynn under the leadership of office manager/ Coastal Region VP, Dennis Roarty. Michael was immediately recruited by the new condominium project king, Dan Clayland, and has spent countless hours since then sitting several of Ocean Citys finest new construction projects.
In Michael's first year with Coldwell Banker he was awarded the Rookie of the Year and since then has twice received the President's Club Award for superior sales achievement and outstanding customer/client service.
In addition to residential sales, Michael is commercial certified and has worked with investors on several local development projects in and around the resort area.
